
My Chemical Romance (MCR)’s former drummer, Bob Bryar, whose career with the band spanned from 2004 to 2010, has died at the age of 44.
According to TMZ, Bob Bryar’s body was found at his home in Tennessee on November 27. He was last seen alive on November 4. The cause of his death is not yet clear, but according to reports, police do not suspect any crime. All of Bob’s weapons and musical equipment were found in his home as they were, leading to speculation that his death may have been natural. Currently, the Medical Examiner is conducting a postmortem to determine the cause of his death.
Bob Bryar joined the band in 2004 after the release of the ‘Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge’ album, replacing Mat Pelissier, before joining My Chemical Romance. He toured with the band for several years and contributed significantly to the 2006 superhit album The Black Parade. He was also included in the 2010 album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys and the band’s rarities compilation Conventional Weapons.
In 2010, Bryar left My Chemical Romance and retired from the music industry completely in 2014. He then moved on to a career in real estate. He was also actively involved in dog charities and shelters and supported these charities by auctioning off his My Chemical Romance memorabilia.
